REPORT ON FGB SEVERNSIDE/SOUTHWEST 30th ANNUAL ADVANCE

WALKING UNDER AN OPEN HEAVEN
Barrie Lawrence reports on the Conference –
FANTASTIC VENUE, heavenly praise and worship, excited young people, vibrant fellowship, and body ministry as one expects of an FGB conference. The Severnside/Southwest Conference was a success, and one on which to build into the future. Congratulations to Richard Cordy, for organising this, and to Richard Garrard, for standing in at times at short notice.
There was excellent teaching from Graham Duke, on street evangelism, after which many delegates went out onto the sea front and surrounding area. Around seven people made a commitment to Christ.
Next year’s conference (dates to be confirmed soon) is strongly recommended. The Livermead Hotel in Torquay, Devon, has excellent accommodation, fantastic restaurant, great staff, is great value, and is on the seafront. Kenny Zahid will be main speaker, and is an anointed man speaking anointed words. Why not book in for a short break to include the conference dates, enjoy the hotel and the area, and be mightily blessed through all the Lord has for you here. Lisa Brewster (Norwich chapter) reports on the Ladies Meeting –
We had a wonderful time reading about the Proverbs 31 woman, being shown what it meant for women during that time, and applying it to our lives now. Time was spent discussing the women that were at the foot of the cross at the crucifixion of our Saviour.
The ladies prayed for protection of the FGB, for provision and vision for the coming year.
