Ian McDowall is tough, really tough.
He began working as a nightclub bouncer in East London at the age of just 18. By the time he was 24 a cesspool of violence and anger had taken over his life. He was getting more involved in crime and the taking of illegal anabolic steroids. He lived for his obsession to be the No. 1 in body building, but the drugs were destroying his health. His heart was as cold and hard as stone.
So what miracle happened to crack his heart and to change his life for ever?
