Bill has been a professional musician for 50 years. He has backed cabaret artists such as Krankies, Billy Fury, Marty Wilde and many others.
He had an unhappy childhood, being sent away to boarding school at the age of eight. He found this very traumatic and withdrew within himself, not allowing people into what he saw as his rejection.
Playing on a cruise ship in the middle of the Bay of Biscay, he heard the voice of Jesus, saying that his life wasn’t what it could be. It was a reality check, a shining light that showed him the hurt he was causing his wife and children. He knew his errors and accepted God’s forgiveness, and now uses his anointed gift in worship for His glory.
